4. Finishing
It is mainly used to reduce the surface roughness or strengthen the processing surface, and is mainly used for surface processing with high surface roughness requirements.
5. Ultra-precision machining
Mainly by precision cutting, fine mirror grinding, precision grinding and polishing and other processing methods to make the workpiece machining accuracy of 0.1-0.01 μm, surface roughness value RA≤ 0.001μm.
